# Clavenar customer legal and secure-exchange pack

Version 1.1.0 · effective candidate date July 29, 2026

This pack contains the standard documents Vanteguard Labs LLC proposes for a
Clavenar pilot or paid deployment:

The agreement files are templates and the offer schedule is not a signed
agreement. Nothing is binding until the parties execute an Order Form that
identifies the exact versions incorporated. Bracketed fields must be completed
before signature. Founding Design Partner Offer 1.0.0 is the only approved
commercial schedule in this pack; any altered term requires another approved
version.

The machine-readable
`/schemas/customer-legal-exchange-v1.fixture.json` contract publishes the exact
document inventory and SHA-256 commitments. A changed byte requires a new pack
version and renewed approval.
