# Founding Design Partner Offer

Offer version 1.0.0 · available to the first three customers that execute an
Order Form selecting this exact offer

This schedule states one approved commercial offer. It is not an agreement,
production authorization, reservation, or renewal by itself. It becomes
binding only when both parties sign a completed Clavenar Order Form that
selects this exact version and supplies all required customer, deployment,
data, support, legal, and signature fields.

## Four-week evaluation

The evaluation ends on the date in the Order Form. It does not silently extend,
convert, renew, or authorize production use. Any customer access, data,
topology, and enforcement step remains subject to the Pilot Agreement,
Security and Data Schedule, privacy scope, secure-exchange terms, and the
customer's written approval.

## Optional first subscription year

After the evaluation, the customer may elect a separate 12-month subscription
only through a newly completed and signed Order Form:

The subscription is optional. Declining it does not create a termination fee
or publicity obligation.

## Renewal

There is no automatic renewal and no lifetime price lock. A later term requires
a new signed Order Form. The current annual list fee for that later 12-month
term is USD $36,000; no renewal is agreed until the later Order Form is signed.

## Publicity and evidence

Logo use, a case study, a quote, benchmark publication, or a reference call is
never required by this offer or its discount. Each requires separate written
permission that identifies the exact use. Evaluation and pricing evidence is
minimized and retained under the applicable agreement; raw customer data,
credentials, private keys, and production details are not commercial evidence.

## Exact-version rule

An altered price, duration, billing unit, capacity, renewal term, production
scope, or publicity condition is a counteroffer and requires a separately
approved version. Website copy and discussions cannot override the signed
Order Form.
