## Approved offer selection

When the Order Form selects **Founding Design Partner Offer 1.0.0**, it
incorporates `founding-design-partner-offer.md` version 1.0.0 without
alteration:

- four weeks (28 days), USD $0, one agent, and one tool/action surface for the
  evaluation;
- no production authorization from the offer itself;
- an optional, separately signed 12-month first subscription year at USD
  $15,000, paid annually in advance net 30, including up to 25 per-tenant
  registered agents excluding suspended and retired agents;
- no automatic agent or token overage charge; additional capacity requires a
  signed amendment;
- no automatic renewal or lifetime price lock; a later 12-month term requires
  a new signed Order Form and has a current annual list fee of USD $36,000; and
- no required logo, case study, quote, benchmark, or reference call.

Any changed term is a counteroffer and requires a separately approved offer
version. The dates, deployment, data, support, transfer, and signature fields
below remain mandatory.
